These terms apply to SaneLot's dealer app, secure dealer workspace, hosted dealer sites, and related services. The iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard end-user license agreement.
Dealer responsibility
Dealers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of vehicle, pricing, financing, trade-in, contact, and dealership information they provide. SaneLot's fact checks do not replace inspection, title research, legal obligations, or the dealer's final review.
Permitted use
Use SaneLot only for lawful dealership operations and inventory you are authorized to list. Do not misrepresent stock imagery as the listed vehicle, access another dealer's data, misuse buyer contact information, scrape prohibited marketplaces, or interfere with the service.
Third-party services
SaneLot is a lot and listing layer, not a dealer management system (DMS). It connects to Apple, Cloudflare, NHTSA, Stripe, and dealer-selected feed recipients. Supported title/history reports may use a third-party report provider; provider coverage and terms are separate. SaneLot does not include provider-backed calling/texting, accounting software, lender submission, or direct DMS synchronization unless the current product explicitly says otherwise. Dealers keep their existing systems for deals, lenders, compliance, and accounting.
Organization web billing
A dealer organization subscribes and is billed on the web through Stripe. Standard is $99.99/month with 10 vehicle report credits; High Volume is $329/month with 50. Both include the same full features. The card-on-file 14-day trial includes one lifetime vehicle report. Add 25 report credits for $149. Included credits reset monthly, purchased credits roll over, and reopening a saved report uses no credit. Authorized team members use SaneLot under that organization account. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and trial eligibility follow the terms shown during dealer setup. Billing support is available at hi@saneapps.com.
Availability
SaneLot is provided on an as-available basis. Third-party data and delivery services may be delayed or unavailable. SaneLot is not legal, accounting, lending, title, safety, or mechanical advice.
